Clifford Roe of Pickford died Thursday afternoon at the Little Traverse Hospital in Petoskey. Mr. Roe was born April 10, 1902 in Pickford and was a life-long resident there. He was a member of the Pickford Methodist Church. He is survived by his wife Anna; three sons Vern Roe of Pickford, Jay Roe of Newberry, and David Roe of Stockbridge, and one daughter Mrs. Fern Schouten of Detroit. Eight grandchildren also survive. Friends may call Sunday from 7 to 9:30 p.m. at the Quinnell Funeral Home. Funeral services will be conducted at 1:30 p.m. Monday at the funeral home, Rev. Ralph Pieper officiating. Burial will be at Bethel cemetery in Pickford.
