Passed away early monday morning at Saginaw General Hospital after a brief illness. Age 67 years. He was born Sept. 14, 1898, in Hemlock and had lived there most of his life. On Oct 19, 1923, he married Vera Foy in Hemlock. She survives him. He also leaves two sons and one daughter, Roy R. Beamish, Freeland: Neil Edwin Beamish, Seattle, Wash.; Miss Vera Beamish; five grandchildren; one sister, Mrs. Beulah Calkins, Saginaw. Funeral service will take place 2 p.m. Wednesday at the Case Chapel, 409 Adams St. Rev. A. Theodore Halsted will officiate with burial in Hemlock Cemetery. Friends may call at the chapel after 7 p.m. Monday.
