  General Notes:

Henry, Count of Eu, fedal Lord of Hastings was son and heir of John d'Eu and Alice d'Aubigny. He was underage in 1170 when he father died. In about 1179, he married Maud de Warenne, widow of Oabert de Preux and daughter of Hamelin Plantagenet, the Earl of Warenne. Henry died in 1183 and was buried at Foucarmont Abbey. His widow died in 1207.
